Will You Provide An Emergency Back-up System At Our Event?
Weddings, Mitzvahs and special events are often once in a lifetime opportunity. A
back-up system protects your investment. Dj Exceler8 Productions carries back-
up equipment in our warehouse. Our Systems are set up early and tested to
performance levels. If any piece of gear needs replacing it can be done before your
event starts.
Are We Guaranteed The DJ Of Our Choice On The Day Of Our Event?
A written contract with your specific entertainer guarantees you will have no
surprises on the day of your event. It is a good idea to put an initial deposit down as
soon as you find the person you prefer. Reputable DJ’s will often be booked a year or
more in advance on "peak" days.
How Many Years Experience Do You Have?
Experience brings knowledge of common problems and situations. Be sure your
entertainer has experience with your type of event. Dj Exceler8 Productions
designates the appropriate personality to match your specific needs. On average our
entertainers have 10-15 years of performing experience.
May We Call Your References?
References are a major part of the entertainment business. It is a good idea to get a
few client and business references. Dj Exceler8 Productions would be pleased to
furnish you with recent names of customers who have given us permission to release
their numbers.
How Will You Be Dressed?
Proper attire reflects a positive image to your guests. Dj Exceler8 Productions’
personalities will be dressed appropriately for your occasion.
How Early Will You Be To Our Site To Set Up?
An average of 1-2 hours before your event starts. This allows us to perform sound &
lighting checks before your guests arrive to ensure everything is the way you want it.
Will You Allow Requests?
Requests should be welcomed. If a song seems inappropriate, a good DJ will explain
the reason and ask for an alternative selection. Dj Exceler8 Productions has a
long standing reputation for filling as many requests as possible including your
favorite selections.
How Much Is The Deposit And When Is The Balance Due?
Dj Exceler8 Productions requires 25% of the signed contract total before tax as
a deposit to confirm and reserve a date. The balance is due the night of the function.
Can We Meet Our DJ To Discuss Our Event?
Our current and potential clients are invited to have a one-on-one meeting with the
entertainer of their choice. There is no fee for this consultation.
